Does the app require an account or sign-up?
No. LaterRead can be used without creating first-party accounts.
Is my data stored on a server?
Most information stays on your device. If you enable iCloud, it may also sync through Apple services. Saving articles can also require the remote extraction backend on demand. For more detail, read the Privacy Policy.
How does translation work?
LaterRead uses Apple’s Translation API. The language model is downloaded to the device once and translations run on device.
Can I sync across devices?
Yes. LaterRead supports sync through iCloud, so your articles are available across your Apple devices: iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
Which platforms support LaterRead?
LaterRead is available on iOS (iPhone), iPadOS (iPad), and macOS (Mac). You can download it from the App Store on iPhone or iPad, or from the Mac App Store on Mac.
